What I collect
When you submit a form, I collect the details you enter: name, email, location and time zone, career goals, your message, and — only if you choose — a resume or CV. Job listing reports may include an optional email.
Why
Solely to respond to your inquiry, assess how I can help, and deliver services you agree to. I do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored and who can access it
Submissions and resumes are stored in a secure cloud database and private file storage. They are never published. Only the site administrator (Ajayi A.) can access them.
What I don't ask for
I do not request passports, national ID documents, banking details, or passwords. Please don't upload them.
Retention
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and deliver agreed services, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by writing to ajayi.a.jobspecialist@gmail.com or using the contact form.
AI job matching
If you use the AI Job Match tool, the résumé text and locations you provide are sent securely to an AI service to generate job recommendations and résumé suggestions. This information is used only for that request and is not saved by this website. Please remove details you prefer not to share, such as your home address, before uploading.
Application tracker
Jobs you save to the application tracker, including dates, statuses, and notes, are stored only in your own web browser on your device. They are not sent to or stored by this website, and clearing your browser data will delete them.
Client feedback
Feedback you submit is reviewed before publication and is published only with your permission, using the name you provide. You can ask for it to be changed or removed at any time.
